Welcome to Audio Alchemy. By booking services, attending sessions, using our website, or engaging with our studio in any way, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Audio Alchemy provides professional audio services including (but not limited to) recording, mixing, mastering, production, and studio rental. Additional services such as content creation, event hosting, and artist development may be offered by request or through special promotions.

2. Booking & Payment
   •    All sessions must be booked in advance via our website, in person, or through a confirmed communication with an Audio Alchemy representative.
   •    A deposit is required to confirm bookings. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferrable depending on circumstances.
   •    Full payment is due by the end of your session.
   •    We accept cash, card, and digital payment options (e.g., Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, etc.).

   •    If session is not paid in full, we refuse the right to give session material (e.g., Bounced Song, Stems, Session File, etc).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
   •    Cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
   •    We allow one reschedule per session with at least 12 hours’ notice.

4. Studio Rules
   •    Smoking is exclusively relegated to Studio B and the lounge area.

   •    Under absolutely NO circumstances is smoking allowed in the vocal booth.
   •    Weapons of any kind will not be tolerated and you will be forcibly removed from the premisis.
   •    Guests are permitted but must be respectful of the space, equipment, and session in progress.

   •    Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and we have the right to refuse service if you or your guests engage in such behavior.
   •    Food and drink must be kept away from studio equipment.
   •    Any damage caused to studio property due to negligence or misuse will be the responsibility of the client.

5. Media & Content
   •    Audio Alchemy reserves the right to use behind-the-scenes footage, photos, and content recorded at the studio for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.
   •    Artists retain full rights to their music and recordings; however, unpaid sessions or balances may result in withholding of final files until payment is received as mentioned previously.

6. Liability
   •    Audio Alchemy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the studio.
   •    Clients are responsible for backing up their session files unless file storage is part of a service package.

7. Use of Website
   •    By using www.audioalchemy303.com (http://www.audioalchemy303.com), you agree not to misuse the website, extract content without permission, or engage in fraudulent activity.
   •    We reserve the right to modify website content, pricing, or terms at any time without notice.

   •    Personal information collected for booking, newsletters, or communication will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
   •    All communications with clients are confidential unless otherwise agreed for promotional or collaborative purposes.
